Brad Berish has been at the firm throughout his legal career and has been a partner since 1996. He has represented debtors (both businesses and individuals), secured lenders, creditors, trustees, purchasers, sellers, and assignees for the benefit of creditors in workouts, reorganizations, and liquidation matters both in Illinois and throughout the United States. He has represented clients in diverse industries including banking, construction, food processing, insurance, legal, manufacturing, real estate, telecommunications, and trucking. Mr. Berish has handled or been involved in small, medium, and large bankruptcy cases; the large cases have included participation in the cases of Armstrong World Holdings, Inc., Chemtura Corp., Enron Corp., Federal Mogul Corp., Kaiser Aluminum Corp., Kmart Corp., and USG Corp. In addition to insolvency related matters, he has extensive expertise in general commercial and real estate related litigation.
