Danielle Bergner is a member of the firm's Transactional Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. Ms. Bergner focuses her practice in the areas of real estate, municipal law and finance. She has experience handling commercial leases, acquisitions and divestments, real estate joint venture agreements, easements, licenses and rights of entry, municipal finance, tax incremental financing, environmental due diligence, urban redevelopment including brownfield law, historic preservation, condominium law as well as, platting, zoning and land use regulation.
