Mr. Berardini has been a practicing litigator for over 31 years. He has been Vice-President and a shareholder of the law firm of Brown, Berardini & Dunning, P.C., with a general litigation practice emphasizing civil and commercial litigation, business, lender liability and real estate from 1995 to the present. Previously Vice-President and a shareholder in the law firm Brown & Berardini, P.C. from 1991 through 1995. Formerly Vice-President in C.J. Berardini, P.C., Mr. Berardini was engaged in general civil and criminal litigation from 1980 through 1991.
