Nancy Berardinelli-Krantz practices primarily in the areas of complex civil litigation, corporate criminal investigations, and government procurement. She has represented parties in investigations conducted by the United States Departments of: Justice, Defense, and Health and Human Services. Nancy has handled investigations involving allegations of government contracting fraud and health care fraud. She also has counseled defense contractors on establishing effective compliance, ethics, and training programs.
Nancy's practice also focuses on litigation and counseling related to government procurement. Nancy has handled matters involving proposal preparation, requests for equitable adjustment, contract claims, pre- and post-award bid protests, government audits, and investigations. Nancy's experience in this arena extends to matters in front of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Boards of Contract Appeals, and the GAO. Nancy is experienced in handling contracts and other sensitive matters of strategic value to national security.
While serving as an Army Judge Advocate, Nancy tried numerous cases as a prosecutor and as defense counsel. She was deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and was stationed in Baghdad, Iraq, representing soldiers and trying cases throughout the region.
She is a member of the Federal, the Ohio State, and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations.
