Danae Benton is an associate at Lee Murphy Law Firm, G.P.  Currently, she concentrates her practice on products liability with an emphasis in pharmaceutical drugs and devices, mass tort, and personal injury litigation.

Danae earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University before graduating from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she made the Dean’s Honor List  multiple times.  While pursuing her education, she was an active member of Moot Court, and competed on a national level.  

Prior to joining Lee Murphy Law Firm in April 2012, Danae worked as a law clerk for Racusin & Wagner, L.L.P., where she gained experience in corporate and bankruptcy law, as well as working face-to-face with clients.
 
Danae is a member of the Houston Bar Association, as well as the Houston Young Lawyers Association.
