Sarah is an associate in the Transactional and Litigation practice groups at Thomsen Nybeck. Sarah concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of real estate and real estate brokerage law, townhome and condominium law, and business services and transactions. She also supports the firm in the areas of general civil litigation and estates, wills, and trusts. Prior to joining Thomsen Nybeck, Sarah worked as General Counsel for a local real estate brokerage firm where she gained vast experience in the area of real estate brokerage law, residential and commercial real estate transactions, and general business law. Sarah has hands-on experience working with small business owners and Realtors in the Twin Cities area and brings her knowledge to Thomsen Nybeck.
During law school, Sarah worked as a law clerk at an Edina law firm, where she assisted in the areas of general civil litigation and business and real estate transactions. She also volunteered extensively at the Children’s Law Center of Minnesota and Chrysalis: A Center for Women and received recognition by the Minnesota Justice Foundation as being in the top 10% of her class in volunteer hours of 2008 William Mitchell graduates. Sarah currently serves as a volunteer member of the House Board of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority at the University of Minnesota and is an active member of both the Minnesota State Bar Association and Hennepin County Bar Association. In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling, yoga, and spending time at her family cabin in Northern Minnesota.
