Lezlie A. Benham represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate and business law matters. With a Legal Masters in Taxation from Washington University in St. Louis, a Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arizona, Ms Benham offers extensive experience in the negotiation, preparation and review of residential and commercial purchase contracts and leases, construction agreements, loan documents and business asset purchase agreements; the selection and formation of entities; and the negotiation, structuring and documentation of business agreements. Prior to her work in private practice, Ms. Benham served as an Arizona Assistant Attorney General representing Arizona’s State Land Department, Board of Appraisal and Department of Agriculture and practiced as an accountant. Utilizing her experience as an Assistant Attorney General and member of the Arizona Board of Appraisal (two-term appointment), Ms Benham has also participated in legislative proceedings and represented clients before Arizona’s administrative agencies. Ms. Benham is a member of the State Bar of Arizona (Tax Law, Business Law and Real Estate Sections).
