Bengtson, Eric

Eric Bengtson is an associate at Davis & Young. He is involved in all aspects of litigation, including pre-trial work, law and motion practice, discovery, and trial. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bengtson handled a wide range of civil matters as an attorney at a large Bay Area law firm. Throughout his career, he has obtained favorable results for his clients and has established a depth of litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He is formally recognized as one of Northern California’s Rising Stars in the legal profession.

Outside the office, Mr. Bengtson is a committed volunteer for the Pacific College Fund scholarship program and a dedicated triathlete. He also enjoys reading and spending time with his wife, children, and chocolate lab.
