Denise Ben-David joined Ferrell Law in 2000. She has brought to the firm an extensive knowledge of commercial and residential real estate transactions and an expert comprehension of title analysis, first as a paralegal and later as an associate. She focuses her practice on real estate, finance, transactional and corporate law.

Ms. Ben-David's entrepreneurial background has worked to sharpen her business intuitiveness and has given her a true understanding of the legal and financial stakes of the business world. She is well versed in all aspects and details of title analysis, abstract readings, documentation management and buyer, seller and bank representation, and has worked closely with underwriters, government agencies, legal counsel and real estate professionals. Having been exposed to many high-profile cases and much sensitive information, Ms. Ben-David is well-versed in client security and confidentiality and dedicated to protecting the interests of her clients.

Ms. Ben-David has held law-related positions with firms and corporations in Florida, New York and Israel, and is fluent in Hebrew. She is a graduate of Nyack College and received her J.D. from Florida International University.
