Mr. Beirne is a life-long resident of Cincinnati. He is most proud of his successful representation of children and their families that have been devastated by medical negligence, defective equipment or dangerous medications. He has successfully tried or settled many cases involving medical malpractice or nursing negligence. He is fortunate to have co-counseled two of the largest medical malpractice awards in Ohio, both within the last 5 years.
Mr. Beirne speaks and presents on medical-legal issues for health care providers and attorneys. He has lectured and taught at area schools. He volunteers frequently for moot court competitions. Mr. Beirne lives in Mt. Lookout with his wife Beth and their four sons. He volunteers for leadership positions in his parish and his community and participates in various community activities. It's not uncommon to find him at a soccer or baseball field trying to keep up with the kids.
