Tom has earned his reputation for trial work over several successful years. He has many years of experience in handling cases in the transportation industry handling railroad and trucking litigation, initially during a short stint on the plaintiff’s side of the ledger, and then for many more years in his current position as a partner with Boyle Brasher LLC representing the firm’s railroad clients. Tom has first and second chaired numerous FELA jury trials in courts across the U.S. and especially in Missouri and Illinois Courts in the St. Louis metropolitan area. He is known for his organizational skills that he utilizes in all aspects of his practice, and he’s known for his common sense approach to litigating which leads him to provide very cost effective legal representation with excellent results. Tom has a diverse background that has leant breadth to his perspective and ability to relate to any jury. For several years before becoming an attorney, he worked in the retail industry for a division of a large publicly traded department store chain.
Outside of the office Tom devotes time to his children and coaching/playing soccer. He enjoys sharing time with his hunting buddies in duck blinds and farm fields up and down the Mississippi flyway.
