Thomas L. Bell graduated from Fisk University in 1982 and from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 1987. Thomas L. Bell is Board Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Mr. Bell is also on the Board of Governors for the New Jersey Association for Justice, and he is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Passaic County Bar Association. Thomas L.
