As a Moore County native, Aaron Bell grew up in the small, rural town of Robbins, N.C. Aaron is the son of Dr. William Lee Bell and Theron K. Bell, Mayor of Robbins. Upon graduation from North Moore High School, Aaron attended North Carolina State University and earned a B.A. in Political Science with an International Politics concentration. In addition, Aaron received minors in both Anthropology and French. Following his completion of undergraduate studies, Aaron attended the Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, V.A. During law school, Aaron was an active member of the Constitution Society and the Democratic Law Society. Aaron was also initiated into the International Legal Fraternity of PHI DELTA PHI, Blackwell Inn where he conducted business as Historian from 2005-06 and presided as Magister from 2006-07. MEMORIA 3116. Outside of the classroom, Aaron volunteered over 150 hours of community service to the Town of Grundy and surrounding areas of Buchanan County, V.A. Aaron also gained hands-on experience with the legal profession by working summers as a Judicial Intern for the 19-B Judical District of North Carolina and as a Legal Assistant for Thigpen & Jenkins, LLP. Aaron currently focuses on the areas of adoptions, collections, corporations, debtor-creditor, domestic law, estates, foreclosures and incompetency proceedings.
