Kevin M. Beck joined Kelly & Lemmons as a law clerk in October 2006 and was hired as an associate at the firm in October 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Beck worked as a research assistant at the Tobacco Law Center, where he prepared The Verdict is In: Findings From United States v. Philip Morris, Light Cigarettes (2006), a publication highlighting excerpts from a landmark tobacco lawsuit. At Kelly & Lemmons, Mr. Beck practices in the areas of criminal, municipal, labor/employment, land use and zoning, and real estate law.
Mr. Beck obtained his J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He received a B.A. in economics from Carleton College in Northfield, MN. Mr. Beck is admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota.
