Keirstin K. Beck has a transactional practice that focuses mainly on land use, real estate and business. Her extensive land use experience includes representation of landowners and developers in all aspects of the entitlement process including negotiation of annexation agreements, development agreements and vested rights agreements and representation before planning commissions, city councils and board of county commissioners on applications for annexations, rezoning, planned developments and subdivision approvals. In addition, Keirstin's practice focuses on formation of common interest communities under the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act, acquisition, disposition and leasing of real property. Further, Keirstin assists clients with all aspects of the New Markets Tax Credit Program. She obtained a B.S. from the University of Oregon and a J.D. from the University of Denver. Keirstin enjoys spending time with her family, yoga, skiing, hiking, running and biking. She is on the board of directors of the YMCA of Boulder Valley, a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), and a past director of the Denver Children's Home. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced at Otten, Johnson, Robinson, Neff and Ragonetti P.C.
