Mr. Beam, founding partner of Gregory Beam & Associates, Inc., is a general commercial litigator, specializing in business litigation, creditors' rights, banking law and landlord/tenant issues. Mr. Beam also specializes in the area of legal representation of mobilehome park owners and operators. Mr. Beam is a graduate of San Diego State University (B.A. 1972) and the University of San Diego (J.D. 1981). Mr. Beam has been admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Federal District Courts, Central, Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of California.
