Jordan Becker is a Partner in the firm's Patent Prosecution group. His practice focuses on a wide variety of intellectual property (IP) matters including patent prosecution, initiation and guidance of clients' IP protection programs, patent invalidity and non-infringement analyses and opinions, due diligence investigations for corporate transactions, IP enforcement preparation and support of litigation. His clients range from start-up companies to multi-national corporations. Jordan's practice covers a wide variety of technology areas, including computer hardware and software, computer networking, network storage systems, telecommunications, medical devices, image processing and speech recognition. He has prior work experience as an engineer and holds a degree in electrical engineering.
