Elizabeth Becker was born on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and resided in Bay Ridge section Brooklyn. After graduating from Poly Prep Country Day School, she went on to attend the University of Pennsylvania where she graduated with honors. After graduation, Elizabeth returned to New York to attend Fordham University School of Law. While at Fordham, Elizabeth was a member of the Environmental law journal as well as Habitat for Humanity.
Elizabeth previously worked at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in the Rackets bureau and the firm of Stroock Stroock Lavan in the corporate department. She was previously employed by the New York City Law Department as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Special Federal Litigation Division.
