Beatty, Kevin W.

Kevin Beatty has practiced in the area of public finance since 2000. He has been involved in numerous public finance transactions as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, issuer's counsel and borrower's counsel. Kevin has extensive knowledge in tax-exempt finance for governmental and nonprofit healthcare organizations, state and local governments, educational facilities and other 501(c)(3) organizations. He has represented underwriters in health care transactions in Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, and Virginia. He has also worked on a variety of healthcare merger and acquisition transactions on the buy and sell side, interest rate swap transactions as provider counsel and company counsel, commercial paper programs for healthcare entities, and tax controversy matters.

Kevin is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers. He is also a member of the Birmingham Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar.
