Beale, Walter M.

Michael G. Beaty, has been practicing law in Vancouver since 1997. Mr. Beaty is a second-generation attorney, who handles personal injury, employment ans social security disability cases. He has had the privilege of helping over 1,000 clients with their personal injury claims. Some of Mr. Beaty's clients have received settlements in excess of a million dollars. Mr. Beaty prides himself on assisting his clients to the best of his ability and leaving no stone unturned.

Mr. Beaty is married and has two young boys that keep him busy when he is not in the office. He also enjoys watching Dallas Cowboy football, Gonzago basketball and traveling.

Legal Assistant to Michael Beaty: 

Christi Carner, has been a legal assistant for over 24 years, and joined Marsh, Higgins, Beaty & Hatch, P.C. in 2009. Ms. Carner assists with personal injury claims and is highly experienced in settlement negotiations. Ms. Carner loves the field and excels in her job. She helps reduce costs for the firm, Ms. Carner gained experience in medical malpractice, social security, workers' compensation, wills and probate. She has been responsible for creating business brochures, newsletters, and various other marketing tools for the firms she has worked. She attended Mt. Hood Community, the Forum and several CLE Courses.

Outside activities include her love of the Seahawks, gardening, cooking, sewing and entertaining. Ms. Carner has also been a Foster Parent for 15 years and aspires to complete her first novel.
