Jim Bax has been lead trial counsel in civil jury cases in some of the toughest jurisdictions for civil defendants. He has successfully tried numerous cases for clients in both state and federal courts. Jim’s career has included both plaintiff and defense work which allows him to better understand jury trials from all points of view. Jim has a wealth of experience in all aspects of civil litigation. In addition to his trial work, Jim has extensive experience handling appeals at both the state and federal level.
Away from the office Jim enjoys coaching his children’s youth basketball and baseball teams. He is a big sports fan, particularly a very knowledgeable fan of major league baseball. He is a big fan of the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team. Jim is also an avid mountain biker and hiker with his family.
