R.J. Battiston joined Gregory S. Young Co., L.P.A. in 2012 practicing personal injury law. R.J. obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky and his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. While in law school, R.J. was a senior staff member of the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agricultural, and Natural Resources Law. Prior to joining Gregory S. Young Co., R.J. clerked for Smith, Rolfes & Skavdahl Co. in Cincinnati, Ohio as well as the Department of Public Advocacy in Lexington, Kentucky.
