Bates, H. Scott

Mr. Batchelder is an experienced trial attorney and focuses his practice on commercial litigation. Prior to joining Burg Simpson, Mr. Batchelder previously worked with a number of well-respected Denver law firms. Mr. Batchelder is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, Ann Arbor and is a former Executive Article Editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law. Early in his career, Mr. Batchelder served as Law Clerk for the Hon. A. Mead of the Maine Supreme Court.
