Chris N. Bataille was admitted to the Alaska Bar in 1984 and is a partner with the firm of Flanigan & Bataille. He received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts in 1983. He also received his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Alaska Fairbanks in 1977; and a Master of Public Administration degree from Northeastern University in Boston in 1981.
Mr. Bataille's practice is primarily focused on representing victims of personal injury and families in cases involving wrongful death. However, he also handles medical malpractice, insurance bad faith and claims and cases involving consumer protection. He is a member of the Alaska Bar Association, Alaska Academy of Trial Attorneys, American Association for Justice, and is admitted to practice before all Alaska state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska and the United States Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit.
In his spare time Mr. Bataille is a long-time ski racing coach, presently for the Alyeska Ski Club. He also enjoys whitewater kayaking, travel with his wife, and spending time with their children. Mr. Bataille with over 25 years experience practicing law in Alaska is committed to helping injured Alaskans and visitors who have been wrongfully injured.
