Briana Bassler concentrates her practice on commercial civil litigation in state and federal courts as well as representation of corporate clients in government investigations. Briana has represented clients ranging in size from multinational corporations to individuals in copyright lawsuits, trademark disputes, Fair Credit Reporting Act disputes, Fair Labor Standards Act collective action suits, breach of contract claims, and government investigations into energy futures trading. Briana has significant experience with e-discovery matters, including data collection issues and data processing tools, and supervised from 10 to 20 contract attorneys and 10 Jones Day associates in an extensive document review.
