Delyanne Barros is an associate at Outten & Golden LLP. She represents employees in litigation and negotiation in all areas of employment law, including wage and hour class actions and individual discrimination cases.
Ms. Barros received her B.S., magna cum laude, in psychology from Barry University in 2005 and her J.D., cum laude, from Pace University School of Law in 2008, where she was a member of the moot court team that placed second for Best Brief in the National Moot Court competition and served as the public relations liaison for the Public Interest Law Scholarship Organization. During law school, Ms. Barros worked on employment matters at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Lisa Margaret Smith, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of New York.
Ms. Barros is admitted to practice in New York. Ms. Barros is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, its New York affiliate, the New York Bar Association, its City affiliate, and the Puerto Rican Bar Association.
