Matthew Barrier focuses his practice on counseling clients on simple and advanced estate planning matters, probate administration, real estate transactions, business entity selection and formation, banking and commercial lending matters, oil and gas legal issues, and a wide range of other business and commercial transactions. Prior to joining Brackett & Ellis, Mr. Barrier practiced for five years with a local Arlington law firm. Mr. Barrier is a two time graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station Texas and South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas
