Walker was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on April 2, 1981. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina Honors College (B.A., 2003) where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law (J.D., 2009), where he served on the Editorial Board for the Journal of International Law and Business, was a member of the Honor Council, and was Vice-President of the International Law Society. While in law school, he studied Transnational Dispute Resolution at The Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn in London, England and worked for the Office of the General Counsel at the United States Department of Agriculture in Washington, D.C. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar and the United States District Court, District of South Carolina in 2010. He is a member of the Charleston County, South Carolina, and American Bar Associations.
His areas of practice include civil and commercial litigation, product liability, class action defense, insurance law, general negligence, health care law, employment law, and medical malpractice defense.
