Renee Barnett is an associate in the Securities Department at WilmerHale. She originally joined the firm in 2001 and returned in 2006 after completing a clerkship with the Honorable Richard D. Bennett of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Ms. Barnett's practice focuses on securities litigation and enforcement matters.
Practice
Ms. Barnett has represented clients in securities enforcement matters before the SEC and the New York Attorney General's Office and in litigation in US district courts. Before beginning her clerkship in 2004, Ms. Barnett was part of the WilmerHale team that served as counsel to the Special Investigative Committee of the Board of Directors of Enron Corp.
