Before Mr. Bark even went to law school he had already created the first mediation program for probate in the Orphans Court in and for Baltimore City, Maryland.
While in law school, and prior to graduating with honors, he worked for the Legislature, the Maryland Court of Appeals (Highest Court in Maryland), and the Office of the State Attorney for Baltimore City. This means prior to even graduating from law school he worked in all three sections of government: the Legislature, the body that makes the laws, the Court/Judiciary, the body that interprets the law, and judges those appearing before it, and the Executive/the Office of the State Attorney, the body that enforces the laws. This means Mr. Bark, knows how the laws are created, how they will be interpreted and how they will be enforced from an inside perspective, and most importantly to you how this can all work in your favor.

He first went to work for the Office of the State Attorney in Brevard County and then transferred to Seminole County. While in Seminole County, Mr. Bark was awarded Prosecutor of the Year for his prosecution of DUIs by Mother’s Against Drunk Driving because of his trial performance and knowledge of the Intoxilyzer 8000 (See our DUI page for more information). Mr. Bark also trained law enforcement how to testify in court while with the Office of the State Attorney and has been recognized by Chief Lionel Cote of the Satellite Beach Police Department.
Mr. Bark has prosecuted and defended homicides, DUIs, thefts, drug charges, including but not limited to possession of: oxycontin, hydrocodone, morphine, cannabis, cocaine, heroine, and drug trafficking, sex crimes, RICO charges, animal cruelty, criminal mischief, battery, battery with a weapon, battery with a firearm, assault, assault with a weapon, assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence and child abuse.
Mr. Bark has also handled many cases scrutinized by the media while as a prosecutor and after going into private practice.
Furthermore, he has appealed many cases getting lower courts who have ruled against his client reversed and lower courts who have ruled for his client affirmed.
Ultimately, when asked, Mr. Bark has said the reason he practices law is to make certain his clients are not deprived opportunity. Time is of the essence, and each step a client takes can affect the rest of his life. He is here when you need him.
