Bardol, Stephen J.

Eric Barber, an associate in the firm's Litigation practice, focuses on insurance coverage disputes and appellate matters. His insurance coverage experience has included representing policyholders in disputes over coverage under D&O policies for liabilities related to mortgage-backed securities, option backdating, loss of employee life overseas and terrorist attacks. Other coverage disputes have involved builder’s risk insurance and environmental contamination.

Eric also devotes substantial time to appellate matters. He has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and has worked on appeals filed in various appellate courts around the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court and the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
