Mr. Bandrè began his legal career as a civil litigator in Cass County, Missouri representing clients in multiple civil litigation matters. Mr. Bandrè has tried numerous civil cases, including jury trials. Mr. Bandrè’s practice progressed into the area of workers' compensation where he has practiced primarily for the last 11 years. His experience not only includes trying matters to the Administrative Law Judge, but also to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board in Kansas, the Kansas Court of Appeals and the Kansas Supreme Court. He has also been heard by the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, as well as the Missouri Court of Appeals.

Mr. Bandrè is a member of the Kansas and Missouri Bar Associations, and has been affiliated with the Johnson County Bar Association, and Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.
