Magdalene I. Balicki was born in New Britain, Connecticut and grew up in Farmington. Attorney Balicki practices general civil litigation. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Connecticut and earned a Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island. While attending law school, she was a student attorney in the University’s Criminal Defense Clinic and served as a legal intern for the Office of the Attorney General at the Newport County Superior Court. Attorney Balicki was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 2010. She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and serves on the Board of Directors of the New Britain YMCA. Attorney Balicki currently resides in Avon.
