Product manufacturers, major retailers, trucking companies, municipalities and various professionals, to name but a few have enjoyed the results of Frank's significant experience as a trial lawyer. With over 30 years of experience, he has defended hundreds of casualty cases and served as lead trial counsel in dozens of jury trials.

Frank is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he obtained his Bachelor's Degree, and Villanova Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor. He then served as Law Clerk to a trial judge. He is actively involved in civic activities in the Lehigh Valley, where he lives and works.
