As part of her practice, Ms. Baker structures, prepares and negotiates OEM, VAR and other distribution arrangements, technology development, technology transfers, cross-promotion and marketing agreements, outsourcing and other service agreements, and manufacturing and supply agreements and joint venture agreements.

Prior to joining Perkins Coie LLP, Ms. Baker was an associate at the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins from 2003-2006.
