Baker, Michael S.

Michael S. Baker earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Indiana University-Bloomington. After finishing law school in 2001, Mr. Baker relocated to Arizona and became a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. In addition, Mr. Baker was admitted to practice law in Arizona, the Federal United States District Court for the District of Arizona, the Federal United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, and the Federal United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.

Mr. Baker focuses his practice on Criminal and Family Law. To that end, Mr. Baker has evidentiary trial experience in over a hundred Criminal and Family Law cases and has effectively represented well over a thousand clients in his career thus far. And in addition to his outstanding legal accomplishments, Mr. Baker also is a highly active participant in community organizations throughout Maricopa County.

The Baker Law Firm, LLC opened in November 2005 with the intent of providing legal representation to clients with the intention of serving clients first and not serve the Firm first. Mr. Baker believes that clients deserve the utmost respect with regard to their cases, as they are often facing one of the most tumultuous times in their lives and as a result, Mr. Baker advises all of his clients legally and holistically.
