Zaiba Baig is an associate at the Washington, DC office where her practice focuses primarily on intellectual property litigation. She has experience in FDA regulatory matters.
After graduating from Northwestern, Ms. Baig assisted in the teaching of a cross graduate school course entitled Medical Innovations. She guided groups of students in inventing and designing medical devices. She also helped them to plan patenting and marketing techniques.
Since joining private practice, Ms. Baig has continued to work in patent law cases along a wide variety of technological fields. She has also expanded her work to cover trademark, trade secrets, and copyright issues as well as practice related to the International Trade Commission.
Ms. Baig also works for Children’s Law Center of Washington, DC serving as a pro bono attorney in custody cases. She has served as a guardian ad litem for children who’s cases have come to the Center.
