Attorney Kathryn M. Bailey began her practice of law in 1996, after graduating from Assumption College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English in 1993 and then from Massachusetts School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 1996. She was admitted to the bar in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1996.
While attending Assumption College, Kathryn completed an internship with the Committee for Public Counsel services in Worcester, Massachusetts assisting with the defense of the underprivileged in criminal matters. Later while attending Massachusetts School of Law, Kathryn completed an internship with the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office assisting Assistant District Attorneys prosecute District Court criminal cases in the Chelsea District Court.
Attorney Kathryn M. Bailey's practice concentrates in areas of family law, estate and probate matters including, but not limited to, Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support and College Contribution, Visitation and Co-Parenting Schedules, Paternity, Adoption, Guardianship, Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts and all other matters covered under the jurisdiction of the Probate and Family Courts of Massachusetts.
In addition, Attorney Kathryn M. Bailey concentrates her practice in real estate law including, but not limited to, purchases, sales, real estate closings, easements and all other matters relating to real estate law.
