Khaldoun Baghdadi has tried cases throughout the State of California involving wrongful death, defective products, insurance disputes, medical negligence and public transit injuries.

Khaldoun has recognized by the legal community through his inclusion the Best Lawyers in America®. 

Since 2009, Khaldoun has been named a Northern California Super Lawyers® Rising Star, which honors attorneys practicing under the age of 40. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers practicing in the state are selected for this recognition. In addition, Khaldoun is AV - Pre-Eminent rated by Martindale Hubbell, signifying the highest peer review mark for ethics and standards of practice.

Khaldoun serves an adjunct professor of law teaching trial advocacy at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. He also served as an adjunct
professor teaching Moot Court at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.

Khaldoun has been an invited speaker or panelist to various legal organizations on the topics of product liability, trial preparation and discovery, and federal preemption of consumer rights.

He is also active in community affairs, having served by way of Mayorial appointment to the San Francisco Human Rights Commission.  In 2006, he was elected chair of that body.

Khaldoun graduated cum laude from the University of California, Irvine, and obtained his law degree from UC Hastings College of the Law.
