Practice and Experience
Don Badgley is a trial lawyer with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, tort litigation, arbitration and mediation. He has been lead counsel with primary responsibility for the trial of scores of cases involving a wide range of commercial, business, and technical issues. He has practiced before the Superior Court, Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court of the State of Washington and before state and federal courts at both trial and appellate levels throughout the United States.
Professional Qualifications
Don Badgley is a Fellow of The American College of Trial Lawyers. He is a member of Washington State and Federal Bar Associations. He has been a member of the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Center and panel of International Arbitrators and of the Asia Pacific Center International Arbitrators. He has served as mediator and as arbitrator in numerous cases. He is author of the Pacific Rim Advisory Counsel "International Arbitration/Mediation Handbook."
