Ayo Badejo is an associate in the Transactional Department, and a member of the Corporate Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2010.

Past Experience

Before joining the firm Mr. Badejo interned for a private equity fund in New York, where he worked on numerous corporate governance and transactional matters. During law school, Mr. Badejo interned with a pharmaceutical company, the New York State Insurance Department and WilmerHale.
