Atif has an extensive background in tax law. He has performed tax planning and transactional work for a diverse set of clients, including individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations. In addition to significant experience with complex corporate and partnership income tax matters, Atif has regularly advised on and analyzed estate and gift tax issues, as well as tax matters related to employee benefits and executive compensation.
Some of his representative experience includes bringing qualified and nonqualified deferred compensation plans into tax compliance; advising on tax-efficient considerations for business transactions; and executing wealth preservation strategies for individuals and families. Additionally, Atif has also specialized in International Taxation and Payroll Taxes.
