Navruz Avloni is an associate in the firm's personal injury, tenant, and employment practice areas.

Prior to joining BV Law, Navruz gained valuable litigation experience at a plaintiffs' firm in Sacramento. While in law school, Navruz served as an Articles Editor for the UC Davis Business Law Journal and the UC Davis Journal of International Law & Policy. She also worked as a bar certified student attorney in the UC Davis Civil Rights Clinic and the Sacramento Superior Court, Department of Law and Motion. Upon graduation, Navruz received the King Hall Public Service Law Program Certificate.

Prior to law school, Navruz worked at the National Bureau of Asian Research in Seattle, Washington; interned in the United Nations Development Program's Economic Governance Unit in Tashkent, Uzbekistan; and performed in national and international piano competitions, including the US Open Piano Competition, where she won first place in the Showcase Solo Category. She holds a B.A. in Rhetoric, Political Economy of Industrial Societies, and Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
