Mark Atlas is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern District of Florida, as well as all state and local courts in Florida. He practices corporate and civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense, commercial litigation, arbitration of significant corporate disputes and defense of consumer claims in the automotive industry. He handles a wide variety of matters including arbitration claims, class action litigation and personal injury litigation including mediations. Mark's experience includes representation of insurance companies and their insured clientele throughout Florida. He has successfully litigated significant multiple injury and death claims on behalf of automobile dealerships and other commercial ventures. Mark also serves as General Counsel for multiple corporations.

Mark was raised in Cooper City, Florida and received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1986 and his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University Law School in 1992.
