Mark V. Asdourian has been a member of the bars of the State of California and New York for over twenty five years.  Mark opened his own firm in 1994 and has represented several Fortune 500 companies as well as high net worth individuals.  In addition to his numerous successes as a trial lawyer, some of which are highlighted in our web site, Mark has extensive business transactional experience by representing numerous start-up companies.  Mark has negotiated on behalf of entrepreneurs and drafted numerous types of contracts including joint ventures, licenses, purchase and sale agreements, manufacturing and distribution agreements as well as agency and services agreements.

Mark’s tenure as general counsel and corporate secretary for publicly traded small cap companies has not only enhanced his business acumen, it has facilitated the success of several enterprises.  For example, after taking an early stage B2C e-commerce company public, Mark negotiated a sale of the company through a cash tender offer at a total price of over $260,000,000.00.  As general counsel for both public and privately held companies, Mark has also negotiated and closed over $50,000,000.00 in equity and convertible debt financing.  Mark’s experience as general counsel includes advising executive management and members of the board of directors relative to corporate governance, business development opportunities and strategic alliances.
