Ashenfelter, James H.

James H. Ashenfelter is a partner in the firm's real estate and estate planning group.  His practice emphasizes residential real estate transactions, estate planning and estate administration.  Jim has significant experience in both the legal and practical sides of residential real estate in Montclair, its surrounding communities as well as in other parts of Essex County and Northern New Jersey.  With his thirty plus years of experience in this area of the law, combined with his relationships in the real estate community, Jim is able to assist buyers and sellers maneuver the pitfalls in what has become an intricate and ever more complicated process in residential real estate.

James is a graduate of Colgate University and Delaware Law School of Widener College.
