Janet G. Arnold graduated cum laude from the University of Mississippi in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History. In 1984, Ms. Arnold graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law. Ms. Arnold practices in the firm's general litigation section, as well as the firm's health law section. Her past litigation experience has included the areas of appellate practice, complex litigation such as RICO claims, commercial litigation, and antitrust claims. Ms. Arnold also has experience in insurance defense, insurance coverage law, medical negligence defense, personal injury defense, products liability defense, and employment litigation defense.
Ms. Arnold is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Mississippi, the United States Court of, and Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. She is Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rated "BV." Before entering private practice, Ms. Arnold served as law clerk to the late Senior United States District Judge William C. Keady. She has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Mississippi School of Law in Oxford, Mississippi (1994-1997) teaching Appellate Advocacy.
