Shandy Arguelles has experience in the areas of contract negotiation, corporate governance, business entity formation, franchising, employment law, construction and property, multi-state franchise regulatory matters and family law.

Mrs. Arguelles is admitted to practice in all state courts in Louisiana, the United States Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.  She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Mrs. Arguelles received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law, where she graduated in the top 30% of her class.  She was a member of Delta Theta Phi and the St. Thomas More Law Society.  Currently, Mrs. Arguelles provides pro bono legal services to low-income residents of St. Tammany Parish at the Law Offices of Southeast Louisiana Legal Services.
