Mark H. Aronowitz concentrates his practice in the area of real estate and civil litigation with special emphasis on litigation of real estate matters, landlord/tenant litigation and labor and employment law. His practice includes residential and commercial closings, mortgage re-financing, as well as litigation of all manner of real estate and landlord/tenant issues. Mr. Aronowitz advises clients with respect to employment related issues such as wage and hour, and defending employers and individuals against claims of harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination and other employment claims in state courts, federal courts and administrative agencies. Mr. Aronowitz has represented municipalities and private sector employers of varied sizes in connection with the resolution of their labor-related activities and disputes. He has also acted as a negotiator during collective bargaining.
