Arietta, David A.

David A. Arietta obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the Haas School of Business, U.C. Berkeley, with a dual major in finance and accounting. He earned his Juris Doctor degree at King Hall, U.C. Davis and admitted to the California State Bar in 1993. He is a member of the Bay Area Bankruptcy Forum, American Bankruptcy Institute, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. In 2003 he became a Certified Specialist in Bankruptcy Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
